How to Manage Quality Control

Quality problems are expensive, whether they manifest as customer returns, warranty claims, production rework, or regulatory non-compliance. Reactive quality management, where you catch problems only when customers complain, is the most costly approach. By the time a defective batch reaches customers, the damage to your reputation and finances is done. Proactive quality control catches issues at the source, before defective products leave your facility.
